Wool is similar to human skin and has excellent heat retention properties, regulating skin respiration and oxygen exchange. Wool regulates moisture, meaning it can absorb up to a third of its own weight in moisture and release it back into the environment depending on external conditions. Merino virgin wool is very finely crimped, does not scratch, and feels soft and fluffy.
The wool comes from certified organic animal husbandry (kbT), where Merino sheep are kept in a species-appropriate manner so that they can live healthy and stress-free lives. The use of pesticides is prohibited both on the pastures and on the animals.
Wool is dirt-repellent and regenerates through airing. You should wash and rinse wool very carefully by hand in lukewarm water, do not wring or rub it, as it will otherwise felt.

We exclusively process cotton from controlled organic cultivation (organic cotton). Organic farming completely dispenses with chemical-synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Genetically modified seeds are prohibited. This means a conscious avoidance of negative influences on humans, health and the environment. We support fair trade under humane conditions.
Cotton fibers are particularly soft, fine and feel very comfortable on the skin. Cotton is anti-static, which means that dirt in the form of dust is neither attracted to nor held by cotton fibers. Allergy sufferers can therefore wear this fabric without hesitation. In addition, the fabric is breathable, absorbent and does not scratch, which makes it very comfortable to wear.
