All PICKAPOOH products are manufactured in Germany ("Made in Germany") – under strict ecological and social standards and with permanent employees. You can find more about our philosophy here.

It is best to hand wash PICKAPOOH products at a maximum of 30 °C (cold). Alternatively, a gentle wool or delicate wash cycle without spinning is possible. Do not use heavy-duty detergent and never put them in the dryer. After washing, carefully reshape and let dry at room temperature. For more information, we have a detailed washing guide here.

The correct size is based on head circumference in cm. Age indications can help as a guide: newborns start at size 34–36, toddlers are usually 50–52, and older children/adults are 54+. For mittens and shoes, the selection is also based on age guidelines. When in doubt, always measure the current head circumference – that is the most accurate. Here you will find instructions.

PICKAPOOH uses only high-quality natural materials such as merino virgin wool (kbT), cotton (kbA), and linen. These are skin-friendly, breathable, temperature and moisture-regulating, and particularly comfortable to wear – ideal even for sensitive skin and allergy sufferers. Pay attention to certified UV protection according to UV-STANDARD 801 (UV Protect 30–80), as this takes into account realistic conditions such as wetness and stretching. Clothing should cover as much skin as possible and fit loosely. Especially important: avoid direct sun for babies, avoid midday sun, and pay attention to the UV index.
